Exchange/Return Policy for Vayren Clothing

Do you want to Exchange/Return Product?
All products purchased from Vayren Clothing can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase only if:

  • The item(s) is faulty, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery.
  • The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased.

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery by writing to team.vayrenclothing@gmail.com or via Instagram (vayren.clothing) in case you want to raise a dispute. At Vayren Clothing we look at each dispute on a case-by-case basis.

Replacement will be sent in case a defected/faulty/damaged item is shipped. You will be required to email photographic evidence of the defective item on our Instagram/Whatsapp, within 7 days of purchase before any claims can be processed.

🚫 Scenarios Where Exchange/Return Is Difficult

There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include but are not limited to the following:

  • Exchange request is made outside the specified time frame.
  • The product is damaged because of use.
  • The product has been tampered with.
  • Size issue caused by customers.

Vayren Clothing does not offer "refund" or "money back guarantee" on purchased items.

📦 How to Exchange a Product

In order to exchange the product(s) you will need to dispatch the parcels at our warehouse address & notify us that you have sent back the package to us. Once we receive the parcel, we will inspect it & re-send the desired exchanged product at your provided address.

Bare in mind that we do not cover any costs regarding size changes & exchanges that were caused by the customer. As we're already dealing on marginal profits; covering costs for customer negligence would not suffice for us as a company.
